Tracy Collins-Searcy

Co-Owner and Hearing Instrument Specialist, Tracy Collins-Searcy brings a sense of family and caring in everything she does. A native-Tulsan, she entered the hearing aid field and began fitting hearing aids at a Tulsa-based company many years ago.  She notes her training as a Specialist and her internship as not only a highpoint in her career but a major impact in her personal life as a single mother.  She was involved in the beta testing of a brand new style of hearing aid and was later invited to join the manufacturer to launch the new product nationally. That product went on to bring major positive changes to the hearing aid industry worldwide. During her tenor with the manufacturing company, Tracy was privileged to work with many Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Specialists across our great country. She credits her knowledge and understanding of hearing loss, acoustics and digital processing and programming to the many influences of these amazing people.  She is the mother of two young adults and three grandchildren.

Tracy brings years of experience to the hearing healthcare field.  Bringing a manufacturing background and Audiology under one roof, Advantage Lifestyles Hearing offers patients the very best care available in the Tulsa area.  

Bookkeeping, Joyce Boone

Joyce is a native Tulsan who returned here in 2009 after living in Colorado and Missouri for seven years. She spent many years homeschooling two of her children and has been active in volunteer work and in women’s recovery ministry. Joyce has 15 years secretarial and office management experience in the accounting, engineering and publications businesses, and has worked in service industries such as human resources and oil and gas training. “My heart is for helping and serving people and my desire above all else is to make a positive difference in the lives around me.”
